The new production facility with doubled machine capacity is designed to meet the growing demand for pharmaceutical packaging, according to the company.
The PHARMACENTER, which provides filling and packing of folding boxes, leaflets and pre-packed medications, has launched folding box production and production of package inserts in July and November 2012 respectively.
rlc managing director Hans-Jürgen Katzer said, ”Our technology, organization, production and supply chain are tailored to the specific needs of the pharmaceutical industry."
rlc pharmaceutical division in charge Walter Würfel said, "We assemble and distribute folding boxes, pre-packed drugs and package leaflets at our PHARMACENTER.”
The three new production lines for folding boxes in the new center offer hybrid effects and other finishing solutions commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry.
PHARMACENTER’s package inserts portfolio includes flat and pre-folded inserts to outserts.
