The transaction was finalized on the 30 April 2012 and the other terms related to the transaction are confidential.
Chesapeake CEO Mike Cheetham said, "This acquisition will enable us to strengthen our customer base and extend our product range."
The Pharmapost is an ISO 9001 certified company, which focuses on printing and processing different types of paper.
Chesapeake Continental Europe managing director Philippe Ferrand said, "Pharmapost complements our existing leaflet production facility in Saint Pierre des Corps, offering our customers a greater range of products as well as the reassurance of a back-up facility."
