Brenton introduces new BantamPro ELSP combination system

Brenton has unveiled new BantamPro ELSP combination system which provides customers with a flexible alternative to upgrade their manual low speed hand packing and palletizing operations.

The BantamPro ELSP occupies similar floor space on the packaging line as manual operations and less floor space compared to disparate supplier pieces of equipment integrated in the customer’s facility, Brenton said.

The BantamPro ELSP combination system accommodates RSC cases and automatically performs multiple packaging operations, including case erecting, loading, sealing, and palletizing sections within its compact footprint.

Additional equipment integration, such as a labeler, semi-automatic pallet magazine and stretch wrapper, is available.

The BantamPro ELSP is capable of 10 cpm or 20 picks per minute and product payloads up to 20 lbs. per pick. By replacing the gantry with a 2 axis ELAU delta robot, capacities jump to 50 picks per minute and over 50 lbs.

The gantry palletizer vacuum picks single cases and operates with a 4 axis servo placement, X, Y, Z and rotation.

Brenton VP of Sales Troy Snader said the new combination system is a good solution for contract packers, specialty product makers, limited time offers and new product launches.

"It’s ideal for anyone facing the dilemma of adding to their labor expense or investing capital in more throughput than they really need. The BantamPro ELSP integrates previously separate machine functions for a compact, all-in-one and low cost packaging solution," Snader said.

Brenton, a division of Pro Mach, designs, manufactures and integrates a wide-range of end-of-line packaging equipment.

Pro Mach is a provider of integrated packaging products and solutions for food, beverage, household goods, pharmaceutical, and other diverse consumer and industrial companies.
