news.Berlin Packaging, a full-service supplier of plastic, glass, and metal containers and closures, has acquired Pittsburgh, PA-based packaging supplier All-Pak.

The acquisition brings together two ISO-certified suppliers of rigid packaging products and services. The combined company will have over 40 sales and warehouse locations across the US and Puerto Rico.
With this acquisition, the customers are now expected to have access to a broader network of expertise, with deep knowledge in personal care, pharmaceutical, lab supplies, food and beverage, chemical and industrial, dangerous goods packaging, and other vital sectors, said the companies.
Furthermore, customers can take advantage of an expanded array of services, including custom packaging design, international sourcing, capital lending, supply chain optimization, inventory management, and assembly.
